Yes! You may not place an order for less than $30 before taxes, and be subject to a $15 delivery fee.

Yes! Orders placed before 3:00PM EST are delivered same day. Orders placed after that are delivered the next day, or sooner upon our discretion.
First time members are required to send a copy of any photo ID showing their age and verifying their identity. We simply do not provide access to minors. Please email your ID to info@lotuswinnipeg.ca
Orders will not be dispatched until ID is received. Name on ID absolutely MUST match the name on the order, or the order will be marked as FRAUD and canceled for delivery.
You need not be a Canadian resident to place in order.

We take our own pictures in house! We understand buying flower online can be a challenge – we want to make sure you get what you see and pay for. Honesty is the best policy!

While you may place an order at any time of day or night, only orders received before 3PM are considered for same-day delivery. We deliver between 3PM & 9PM every day – we strictly do not schedule deliveries or accommodate time requests.

Orders within our delivery zone are delivered with a same-day guarantee by 10pm. Orders placed before 3:00pm are eligible for same-day delivery. You will be notified approximately 15-30 minutes prior to delivery, and your driver will also call you on arrival.

Please note: we do NOT guarantee ANY time frames regarding orders and due to our high volume of orders, we will also no longer be accepting time requests. Our drivers are required to wait no longer than 10 minutes for you to retrieve your order until your order will be deemed a NO SHOW and cancelled*

We encourage ALL first-time customers to read our FAQs before paying for your order, and to ensure your availability on the day of your delivery, or to ensure we have proper delivery instructions from you.

Misuse of our delivery service will result in a permanent ban from our website. Please ensure your address falls within our delivery zone to avoid losing your order.

Canada-wide mail orders placed before 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day(during covid19), if payment has been received. Please proceed with mail orders at your own risk, as Lotus Toronto assumes no responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels via Canada Post.

Lotus Winnipeg ships same-day for orders placed before 3PM and next-day (potentially sooner) for orders received after 3PM.
Orders that have fulfilled our same-day guarantee eligibility and are placed before 3PM will receive their parcel no later than 10:00pm. If you are a new customer, your order will not be dispatched until your payment has been processed. Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle, and your courier will be similarly discreet and smell-proof.
Please note, we will try our best to accommodate your delivery time request chosen, however, our guarantee is that you will receive your order before 10pm.

Orders that are outside of our same-day delivery zone are sent via Canada Post mail order with tracking. Orders placed and paid in full before 3pm EST will be shipped the next business day between Monday – Thursday only. Please note that mail orders placed from Friday – Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Unfortunately, Canada Post has become increasingly unreliable during our experience with them, and due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing longer delays than normal, and therefore, Lotus Winnipeg assumes no responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels. Please proceed at your own risk.

Your order is guaranteed for same-day delivery within Winnipeg, given that your order has been submitted before 3PM EST with all necessary requirements. We do not provide time stamps or ETA on any orders, however, you will be notified 15-30 minutes before your courier arrives, as well as on arrival. Orders placed after 3PM EST ship next-day or sooner, upon our discretion.
Canada Post Mail Orders submitted and paid before 3pm will be shipped out the next business day.
[NEW CUSTOMERS] – If you place an order without paying, we will hold your order for up to 12hours to receive payment, after which it will be automatically cancelled

At this time we do not provide delivery to any commercial address. Hotels are excepted, and we are happy to deliver while you enjoy your stay.
Please note that all sales on our website are final and we do NOT provide refunds.
If you would like us to leave your parcel in a safe-drop location or mailbox, please specify before checking out in the “Additional Notes” field.
If you suspect you will not be present to receive your parcel, please call, or email us letting us know so that we can avoid dispatching your order, should you wish to receive it the next day.You may cancel or reschedule your delivery up until 3pm the day of your delivery without any penalty.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery after 3pm, you will be charged a $25 re-shipping fee.

If you have prepaid for your order and are not present/reachable during your delivery, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email regarding delivery for the following day at an additional cost of $25 for reshipping. If you fail to respond within 24 hours, your payment will be nullified and deemed non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Repeated misuse of our delivery services will result in a permanent ban from our website.

ALL mail orders MUST be prepaid via e-transfer before orders are shipped.
Orders over $100 before taxes within Winnipeg are absolutely free, and are eligible for same day delivery. Orders less than $100 will be subject to a $15 delivery fee.
​Orders placed outside our delivery area are eligible for standard and express shipping only via Canada Post, however, fees may be waived depending on your order total.
$10 Standard shipping is waived on orders over $150!
$20 Express shipping is waived on orders over $300!
Our quality products come from licensed MMAR/ACMPR growers registered with GST numbers who charge us tax, which is simply reflected after checkout. Furthermore, in order to accept payments, we are required by law to remit taxes. We may create a new harmonized total that includes the taxes we collectively pay in the future.
With credit card purchases, you agree that you will not issue a charge back claim on this order as per our polices and procedures. Furthermore when purchasing with Credit Cards, a digital voucher of your total amount is being issued to you. This voucher is then used to pay Shop Lotus for your order. As such digital vouchers are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

  • Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
  • Add or select a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address or mobile phone number of the person you wish to send money to.
  • Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message. Enter a security question and answer if the recipient doesn’t have the Autodeposit feature turned on and complete the transfer.
  • The recipient will receive a notification and can deposit the funds to their account through their online or mobile banking.
